As a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience as a pastor, engineer, and company director, I am eager to contribute my skills and experience for the running and management of the estate in my role as Vice-Chairman of the Central Executive Committee. My extensive background in
project management, including overseeing a £3million church building project, has equipped me with the expertise to manage complex initiatives with precision and dedication.
During my tenure as Chair of the Board of Trustees for a church, I successfully led a team of eight members through a challenging period of division, restoring stability and fostering a sense of unity. This experience has honed my leadership abilities and my commitment to community development.
As a landlord, I am deeply invested in the growth and enhancement of our estate. My role as a security consultant underscores my dedication to ensuring a safe and secure environment for all residents. I am enthusiastic about creativity and the development of others, always seeking innovative solutions
to improve our community.
