Personal Profile

George Ikoli-Spiff is a graduate of Computer Science /Mathematics from the University of Port-Harcourt and Post Graduate in Cybersecurity from the University of Texas. A graduate of the School of Politics Policy and Governance (SPPG).
He is credited with an IT career that spans a period of over twenty-five years in Nigeria. From working as an operations officer in Saap-Tech (a leading IT firm) in Nigeria, he moved over to Dealers Warehouse as a Marketing Executive. He was later promoted to the position of Marketing/Sales Manager and later given the responsibility of Heading the Marketing/Sales Department of Dealers Warehouse. He joined Microsoft Nigeria as a System Builder Channel Partner Account Manager, a position which he occupied till December, 2009. He was the Regional Sales Manager West Africa for Printronix/Talligenicom until August 2010. He then moved to Steelcon Global Hitech Limited a Microsoft Certified Solutions Partner as Business Development Manager until September 2012. He was the Country Sales Manager Nigeria for Solarway (a subsidiary of Econet Wireless Group) a solar energy consumer products company from October 2012 till March 2016. Currently the Business Development Director for Steelcon Technologies Limited a cyber security, cloud and IT infrastructure solution company.
His philosophy is to be a result-oriented individual and desires to work within a well structured community with an identifiable vision and flexible platform. Currently a leader in the BLW security team. George is married with 3 kids.

  • Re-engineer OPRA security apparatus which includes creating synergy amongst all sectors with use of technology (Communication, Training).
  • Ensure strict compliance with the rules of OPRA with regards to the illegal activities of car dealers.
